Herbal/Phytochemical extraction is the process of removing various group of Phytochemicals from different herbs. The extraction method shall be of two types viz.,
a) Solid-Liquid Extraction (SLE)
b) Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE)
In SLE, the Phytochemicals can be removed from the leaf, steam, bark, seed, root and from the entire plant.
In LLE, the bio active principles are isolated/separated from phyto emulsions, oils or herbal extracts from SLE.
The extraction shall be achieved by using solvents and solvent systems. The solvents include water (aqueous extraction), methanol, ethanol, acetone, hexane, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, di ethyl ether etc (Solvent extraction).
The process involves (both in SLE and LLE) extraction, distillation, concentration , drying and standardization.

Our advanced technology plant mainly designed for various Herbal Extracts from various parts of the herbs or tree such as leaves, flowers, seeds, barks, roots etc.
Our process plants are designed in such a way that it gives a high recovery of herbal extracts using optimum solvents levels, lesser extraction time, lesser distillation and concentration time. We use multiple effect evaporative systems using a LOW TEMPERATURE SHORT CONTACT DISTILLATION PATH. Hence the extracts produced are of having intact phytonutrients with high concentrations of phytochemicals in the extracts.
Our inhouse R&D department develops various extraction technologies and methods for producing highly bioavailable herbal extracts . Our R&D department supports the clients in the development of new process , existing process validation, pilot plant studies etc.
We support our clients with the operation manuals of the supplied plants, SOP’s and maintenance services. Also we impart training of the technical staffs of our clients during and after the commissioning of the plants.
